Title - This is the title that will show up on the links on this site.

Delete - Drag the question/header to the red box to delete it

Header - This orgonizes the questions (i.e. Favorites, Personals etc.)
Question - This is the question to be asked (i.e. What is your favorite food?)
Move - When the cursor makes an "X", hold down your left mouse button and move it up or down to move the question or header.

New Question - This puts a new question under your last question/header.
New Header - This puts a new header under your last question/header.

Public/Private - Public means this survey may be used on the site (if we like it) private means it will not be.

Done? - Click Create Survey and you will be taken to a new page where you can customize the looks and get the code.
